Sorry for the late post. I couldn’t sleep the night before as I had a couple beatdowns in mind and I couldn’t decide. Since my last name is Schooley, I figured I would take us to school, Billy Madison style.
I started off with a lousy disclaimer and we were off. We took the long route around the theater and ended up by the fountains. My winky was pasted to the back of a Love Week sign. This gave off the vibe of spreading love and volunteering. I volunteered to lead and I spread the love of 12 grades consisting of 12 different exercises stacking each lesson along the way.
1st Grade: LBCs
2nd Grade: Merkins
3rd Grade: Mt. Climbers
4th Grade: Squats
5th Grade: Carolina Drydocks
6th Grade: Lunges (R +L =1)
7th Grade: Dips
8th Grade: Flutter Kicks (2=1)
9th Grade: Squirm
10th: Grade: Mike Tyson’s
11 Grade: Bobby Hurley
12th Grade: Burpees
We all made it to graduation and made it back to the flag for COT.
It was an honor!
