WARMUP: Jogged to the football stadium looking for our scheduled Q. No luck.
Various exercises while meeting Slapshot’s minimum burpee requirement to start.
THE THANG: mosey to the gym lot for 10 rounds of 5’s (burpees of different sorts) and 23’s of various merkins and squats. Looked better on paper. Cohiba was king.
Mosey to the band lot upon completion for various exercises between the 10’s 30’s and mid field- both sides. We didn’t skip leg day.
Back to COT for 2 minutes of Mary - protractors and rosalitas to close.
