Sunday Night - trying to decide between Biscuit Run and Wally World. Then it hit me, how about something just a little different in honor of Memorial Day.
6 showed up at Flight Plan not knowing that we would be doing something other than running, although there would be plenty of running involved.
The Thang
Orders given - run like you were doing the Biscuit run - add Kingsley Loop for more miles. Instead of going to Hardees, go to Veterans Park in Downtown Fort Mill, Plank until the 6 arrives. Read names off the Bricks until the 6 is in.
Pledge of Allegiance followed by 22 down/up Merkins
Run back to the start at Starbucks.
