One is the loneliest number!

I showed up to Starbucks about 5:10 this morning. The rain was coming down hard, not to mention a cold wind was blowing. I was a little concerned when I didn't see anybody, but thought that a few might be coming in hot. The clock struck 5:15, I gave myself the mental disclaimer and off I went. I decided to do the biscuit loop via Kingsley popularized by Rooney and Pusher. I started off at a good 8:00 min/ mile pace, however as my clothes proceeded to get supersaturated slowed to a more moderate 8:30. I completed five miles then got in the truck and went home.
