Mosey to side parking lot for four corners of 5, 10,15,20 with nurring and side shuffles between corners. 3 rounds
5- h/r merkins, kraken burpees, burpees

15 - merkins, Carolina dry docks, squats
20 - big boy sit ups, shoulder taps, calf raises
One lap around the soccer fields with 2 burpees at each light pole. Just enough time to get to COT.
