“Next exercise…what he said”
SERIOUSLY…LEADERS…listen close…
As Leaders…inevitably you will encounter something that does not go according to plan… this morning it was my Q at Bushwood. In short, no one showed….even the site Q opted for the “other workout” (in fairness, he had a good reason :joy:) - a kettlebell beatdown by Sasquatch at SnakePit.
LEADERS…be NIMBLE. Be willing to ADAPT.
For me…I grabbed a bell and deferred to Squatch!
BTW…my weinke today only had one exercise… it was going to be a 45 min body destroyer
Y’all’s loss!!
