Keep it Simple at Laces In

I've been looking forward to Qing Laces In for quite some time. Thank you to Lil E for the opportunity. For days I had been wondering what to throw at the PAX. Bear Crawls? Partner Carries? A series of complex moves that would require precious workout minutes to demonstrate? And then I caught myself. Quit trying to one-up yourself! Quit trying to over-engineer something that shouldn't be that hard to do. So I decided to get back to basics. Run, Merkins, Squats, etc. Guess what, a simple workout can kick your a$$. So that's what we did.
