Backblast! No OYO Dora on Fire

WARMUP: Slow mosey around the student parking lot, then circle up near main entrance to school at AO Jones Blvd for 10-20 of the following:
- SSH
- WM
- IW
- MNC
- Strawberry pickers
Then mosey to the bus loop at corner near USMC (OOH RAH!!) JROTC building for....
THE THANG:
NO OYO DORA
Learning to share your burdens and not go it alone.
OYO -
- 50 merkins, run bus loop, 50 LSS, run loop, 50 more LSS, run loop
Pair up -
- as one runs the loop, the other exercises
- 200 CDDs then 300 flutters 2ct
TEAM up -
- one team of 4, another of 3. One from each team runs, group additavely performs exercises (add together reps of everyone doing it). Rotate through team so each person runs. Repeat until rep count finished
- 400 lunges
As a collective group-
- Similar to team, but with everyone. Due to time, no running
- 500 SSH (divided by 7 PAX, each only had to do 75)

The work on your own wasn't horrible. As the work got worse, the shared load got through it quicker. As the work increased still, sharing it even more helped get through it just as quick. Lesson - the work or struggles will always be there, and at first, OYO, it can be done, but as the burdens get bigger, sharing them helps you get through them quicker.

November is Movember. Awareness for Men's Mental Health, high rates of suicide among men, prostate cancer awareness, and testicular cancer awareness. All of these are the top things that take Men's lives the most, yet we do not hear much about these at all, and we men often don't address them either....until it's too late. Shave clean and grow a Mo, then lean into these hard conversations that can follow when people ask about your new Mo.
