Chilly morning at the Ring of Fire..we had seven, I mean eight. JWOW showed up a couple minutes after the bell. We are still in need of a tardiness note. Warm-ups were on the run since it was cold. We ran up to the top of the school stopping at random spots for SSHs, Imperial Walkers, Windmills, and Cherry Pickers. In front of the school, we did 15 seal team situps.
Next, we made our way back down to the flag, stopping at every light pole for merkins, squats, and LBCs. Circled back for the six and continued on our way to the bus entrance for 3 sets for step up and dips. Another round of seal team situps (15 count).
Next, we moseyed to the pull-up bars, grabbed a cinder block for 2 rounds of curls, bend over rows, squat thrusters, and pull-ups. One more round of seal team situps..this time we pushed the count to 22.
Back to COT for a round of hello dollies and plank holds.
