Line up in endzone. Bear crawl 20 yards then do 20 merkins,bear crawl 20 more yards 20 diamond merks,20 more yards wide arm merks, 20 more yards hand release merks, then 20 burpees at other end zone.

Suicide runs 10 yards back do 15 ssh
20 yards back do 15 seal jacks 30 yards back do 15 plank jacks 40 yards back do 15 bombjacks then 50 yards back do 15 squats. Plank till six is in.
Mosey to Elementary school
Partner up peoples chair while partner runs hill to rotc building does 10 merkins then comes relieves partner. Rinse and repeat 2x each.
